LABMUC VI is proud to announce our partnership with the Karam Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to building a better future for Syrian families. Founded in the United States, Karam’s mission is to invest in the next generation of Syrians through innovative education programs, community development, and sustainable rebuilding efforts.

Over the past decade, Karam has created opportunities for thousands of Syrian children and youth to pursue education, mentorship, and creative development. Their work extends beyond classrooms: Karam helps rebuild schools powered by solar energy, launches creative studios for children in war-torn communities, and provides scholarships for Syrian refugee students.

Karam also supports families on the long road home after years of displacement. With projects inside Syria and across neighboring countries like Türkiye, Karam works to remove obstacles to resettlement and to restore dignity, belonging, and hope.

10% of LABMUNC VI's proceeds will go directly towards the  Karam Foundation. By partnering with Karam Foundation, our conference hopes to connect global discussions with real-world impact. Every delegate who participates this year plays a role in supporting displaced families and helping the next generation of Syrians thrive.
