PAYMENT TIMELINE
Delegations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. In the event that LABMUNC hits its full conference capacity, applications will be waitlisted. For this reason, we ask that you register as soon as possible in order to secure your spot.
REGULAR REGISTRATION
June 10th - November 21st
School Delegation Fee: $25

LATE REGISTRATION
After November 22
School Delegation Fee: $35
$30 PER DELEGATE
PAYMENT
After we receive your registration, we will send you a complete invoice.
If you are unable to meet the payment deadline, email mun@ucls.uchicago.edu as soon as possible to avoid losing your registration spot.
INDEPENDENT DELEGATIONS
LABMUNC warmly welcomes independent delegations to our conference and encourages them to register. Independent delegations have a minimum size of one and must be accompanied by an advisor (parent or faculty). Please note that all independent delegations should register as a “Independent Delegation.”
REFUND POLICY
Before November 12th: Full refund on registration fees
After November 12th: No refund
The last day to drop delegates without paying the delegate fees will be November 12th. After that date, your school will be responsible for paying the fees for the number of delegates registered.
Requests for refund must be made to mun@ucls.uchicago.edu. Please note refunds might take a few months before seeing the transaction and no refunds can be made after November 12nd, regardless of weather or other circumstances. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR DELEGATION SIZE
Requests for Delegation size changes—either Delegate or Advisor numbers—should be made through mun@ucls.uchicago.edu. Changes will reflected in an updated invoice emailed after the request.
