Dear Delegates, 

My name is Kabir Joshi and I am looking forward to chairing the sports crisis committee at LABMUNC V. I am junior at Lab and this will be my third year doing MUN. I look forward to chairing a committee that encourages a fun learning environment for newcomers and experienced members. Outside of school, I run varsity cross country and varsity track. I also have been playing piano for 13 years and enjoy watching Formula 1 and the Tour de France. Through this conference I look forward to seeing you engage in meaningful and create unique solutions that will help solve the issues you face during committee. See you in December!

Hi, I’m Gaia Sperone and I’m a junior at Lab. My favorite part of MUN is learning valuable leadership skills that come from working under pressure in a variety of environments. Outside of MUN, I enjoy playing the violin, as well as photography and writing. I also like designing and making clothes, and hanging out with my friends. I look forward to being your crisis manager for this year’s sports committee and I look forward to seeing many creative crisis arcs. I hope that this committee will provide participants with an opportunity to take risks and grow as delegates while being a fun experience. See you in December!
