Addressing the Decline in Ratings and Engagement

In this committee, delegates will focus on increasing the NBA’s ratings and viewer engagement. Delegates will represent a wide variety of perspectives within the NBA, and must collaborate to create solutions tailored to the modern era of sports media. In order to achieve this, delegates must balance their position’s personal interests with effective communication and compromise.

Dear Delegates,
My name is Xavier Fisher and I am a Junior at Lab. I have been doing MUN since freshman year, and look forward to continuing the activity throughout my time in high school. Outside of MUN I am a co-president of Lab's ping-pong club and play basketball at Lab and outside of school. This year, I will be chairing NBA, and I really hope that every member is able to contribute and take something away from this conference. While we are not covering a traditional MUN topic, this committee will still challenge delegates to think critically and be collaborative.
